This guide will show you how to change the skin of Steam to a theme called air.
- Download the steam skin. – Download
- Unzip it to ~/.steam/skins (hidden in your home directory)
- Open Steam and go to settings.
- Click on Interface and select the air skin.
- Restart Steam.
